Nina Karaseva has 25 years of experience in all forms of massage and has worked with  Russian Olympians in Track and Field as well as the Russian Rugby and Swimming teams as trainer and massage therapist.

Some of her clients were medal winners at two Olympics and credit her with contributing to their success.

She has a wealth of knowledge in nutrition and optimising health through dietary supplements.

Nina works with patients of all ages and applies an holistic approach to her work by encouraging the return of equilibrium.

      The honest answer is it depends what stage of pregnancy she is in.
      We do have physiotherapists that Specialize in Pre-natal pregnancy.
