At Northern Beaches Physiotherapy we run a couple of exercise classes, which are tailored to our clients goals.
Physio Exercise Classes – including Pilates based movements: These are physio run classes for everyone from 50-90. Unlike health clubs we offer physiotherapist run classes to ensure that all exercises and movements are properly executed while being able to give individual participant attention. The physio may recommend one additional one on one session should you require more personalised care before starting the classes.
